Nia is a fun and joyful cardiovascular workout that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive. Nia blends dance, martial arts, and the healing arts to allow your child, athlete, warrior and dancer within to expressively emerge. Practiced barefoot to music, Nia is self-guided, adaptable and safe for any fitness level, from beginners to athletes. Nia -”Through Movement We Find Health”.
