Level II
An intermediate level class. Further strength, stamina, and flexibility will be generated as more advanced postures are introduced. Deeper experiences of pranayama (breathing) and meditation will be explored.
Level III
Introduction to more advanced asana, pranayama and meditation techniques with an added focus on deepening your yoga practice and commitment.
Vinyasa/Flow
Flow, or Vinyasa is a vigorous, yet graceful form of Hatha Yoga where poses flow continuously and are linked by the breath. Experience required.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga, as developed by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois, is a vigorous style of Hatha Yoga. It is taught within a set form to develop strength, balance and endurance within the body mind spirit of the practitioner. This class curriculum is compassion based, with safety from injury being first priority.
